So I set this blog up because there isn't really a good aggregate that I have found for Rock music in Portland. There is plenty of coverage of indie rock, folk rock, and electronica in the local papers, but what about rock?
Portland has a decent rock scene, though it is left out in the cold coverage wise. No more! Those days are ending starting now!
The goal of this blog is to chronicle the comings, goings, and activities of rock, psychedelic, doom, metal, and generally music in Portland, OR that does not get much coverage elsewhere. So if everything goes right and I have the energy, you can find out about the Portland rock scene here.
